St. James Festival Ride


St. James Festival ride! July 19 Saturday. Meet time 8:30am & roll time at 9:15am. Route: Eagles loop. We all meet at St. James church located at 34700 Fremont Blvd Fremont CA 94555.
Route: to Fremont Blvd to Paseo Padre, Central, Cherry becomes Cushing Parkway, Fremont Blvd, Warren Ave, Kato rd, Warm Springs & becomes Paseo Padre to Fremont Blvd & back to St. James. Approximately 30++ miles. Ride leaders will be our very own Agila riders & St. James parishioners namely: Antonio Castellvi, Jun Bolloso, Neil Remolar, Jojo Knows  Jon Lagasca & Tonet Vargas. SAG volunteers will be available (TBD) courtesy of Jojo.The ride is for our St. James Festival at the same time our very own " BIKE BLESSINGS " after the ride courtesy of Father Anthony. Ride is considered a family friendly ride. After the ride, I would recommend that everyone stay for the festivities. Food, drinks, entertainment & live band performance will be held all day during the said festivities. Kid friendly booths are present as well. Bring the whole family. Proceeds will benefit the building of a new church, school & creation of our Mother Theresa center. For one important day join me & the rest of our beloved cyclist to make a difference in our lives. Hope to see everyone there. As the saying goes, we ride as one. For that day we ride for St. James!!!

Pictorial 08Jun14 Sunday

Group pictorial will be on June 8,2014 Sunday @ 1600H (4pm) Twin Bridges in Hayward. The exact location will be the "Rotonda" @ Mission Boulevard and Arrow Head. All riders must be in "Full Dress Agila Jersey". See you all. Potluck will follow after the pictorial. Roll in your favorite dish or dessert. There will be an informal brain storming of different agenda regarding incoming event as well.
 Result of the meeting Tuesday 03Jun2014: Tentative date for the inaugural ride 07Sep2014 Sunday.
Tentative fun route: Eagle Loop at ~> 45-50 miles. We will also try to include inaugural opening prayer and bike blessing for the "peloton of the willing."
