Agila Cycling Inaugural Invitational Ride September 21, 2014.Its almost here..UPDATE

Logistics
 UPDATED= Info from our previous meeting 8/15/14. We are almost there. We need more Fellow Agilas participation on our meetings before the event. Your Pledges must be in on the first week of September.
  We will order 50 pcs.  Agila T-Shirts 10 small, 20 medium ,20 large. Mt. Mike Pizza will donate 20 pcs. large Pizza on the day of  the event.We will also get 20 pcs. Mt. Mike coupon tickets. We have generous Agilas donating the whole Lechon. Leslie, Frank, Sam and Orlie. Vill will bring Arroz Caldo in the AM of the event.

 9.Volunteer # 9= Manage the registration. Agilas we have to come early to help set up the registration area. 
 Tito, Mar Villaflor, Daniel, will bring ( hard boiled egg)and aros caldo
 Sir Jun will bring Donuts and coffe
 WE need more generous agilas to bring something in the morning

 SAG #2=     sweeper and cyclist support with first aid kit, foot pump, tire tubes,  canned soda and bottled water . Leslie B, Frank
  SAG #3= Will be tail end sweeper =Tony C
 13. Marshals #1 Ed Lising, Neil Remolar, Leslie B, Neil will provide a wrist band for all the participant.
 Will  organize the riders before rolling on the street.

14. Marshals #2 = Master Corky, Daniel Saul, Mar T TUK, Tito, Jon L
 will watch the park while the ride is going on. Make sure the food is ready , when the riders arrive
Who can lend their water jug? We need at least five (5gal.) water jugs. We need cooler with ice too. Volunteers if you can please bring one pack bottled water 24 count. Who can provide first aid kit for all SAG. Who can provide the generator, sound system and microphone.
Ed Lising Have the megaphone. You can volunteer for two non conflicting assignments like volunteer #1 and Marshals #3.  
 Reminder for:
Sag 1 - must have cooler full for ice, A (5gal.)jug for Gatorade, cookies, bananas, hard boiled eggs, 5 - five gallon water jug , folding table
Sag 2 Sweeper - bring foot pump, tire tubes, soda, bottled water, energy bars & first aid kit.
Sag 3 Roaming - bring foot pump, tire tubes, soda, bottled water, energy bars & first aid kit.
Volunteer ladies will assist us on serving the food at lunch time

Saint James Parish Festival Ride.

Thank you every one for a great ride. It was a pleasure to see you in your respective gears and jerseys with myriad award winning slogans and colors.We would like to extend our gratitude to Neil Remolar of Agila Cycling, JoJo (gone riding), Ramon Asuncion of Barangay NorCal, Tonet Vargas Bay Area Bumpers, Rey Surla Fremont Freewheelers/Agila, Boy Celestino of Lake Chabot riders and the Cannondale group of Rollie Anzores for being a catalyst organizing this successful event." My son Nilnil will be driving my truck as our SAG all throughout the ride.
A few will be riding this route for the first time. Join us for this wonderful
climbing experience.

St. James Festival Ride


St. James Festival ride! July 19 Saturday. Meet time 8:30am & roll time at 9:15am. Route: Eagles loop. We all meet at St. James church located at 34700 Fremont Blvd Fremont CA 94555.
Route: to Fremont Blvd to Paseo Padre, Central, Cherry becomes Cushing Parkway, Fremont Blvd, Warren Ave, Kato rd, Warm Springs & becomes Paseo Padre to Fremont Blvd & back to St. James. Approximately 30++ miles. Ride leaders will be our very own Agila riders & St. James parishioners namely: Antonio Castellvi, Jun Bolloso, Neil Remolar, Jojo Knows  Jon Lagasca & Tonet Vargas. SAG volunteers will be available (TBD) courtesy of Jojo.The ride is for our St. James Festival at the same time our very own " BIKE BLESSINGS " after the ride courtesy of Father Anthony. Ride is considered a family friendly ride. After the ride, I would recommend that everyone stay for the festivities. Food, drinks, entertainment & live band performance will be held all day during the said festivities. Kid friendly booths are present as well. Bring the whole family. Proceeds will benefit the building of a new church, school & creation of our Mother Theresa center. For one important day join me & the rest of our beloved cyclist to make a difference in our lives. Hope to see everyone there. As the saying goes, we ride as one. For that day we ride for St. James!!!
